Exchange Eligibility
Exchange may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product meets our exchange conditions.
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- Product tags, packaging and invoice/order details should be available.
- Exchange request must be shared within the allowed time period.
- Product must not be damaged due to customer handling.
Important: For hygiene and privacy reasons, certain intimate products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened, worn or used.
When exchange is accepted
- If you received the wrong size, color or product.
- If the product has a manufacturing fault.
- If the product is different from what you ordered.
- If size exchange is available for that product and stock exists.
When exchange may not be accepted
- Used, washed, damaged or altered products.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Products requested after the exchange period.
- Items restricted due to hygiene reasons.

- Share product images and issue details.
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, we will guide you about the next steps.
