We want you to shop with confidence. If there is a size issue, wrong item, or product concern, our support team will guide you through the available solution.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product meets our exchange conditions.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
  • Product tags, packaging and invoice/order details should be available.
  • Exchange request must be shared within the allowed time period.
  • Product must not be damaged due to customer handling.

Important: For hygiene and privacy reasons, certain intimate products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened, worn or used.

When exchange is accepted

  • If you received the wrong size, color or product.
  • If the product has a manufacturing fault.
  • If the product is different from what you ordered.
  • If size exchange is available for that product and stock exists.

When exchange may not be accepted

  • Used, washed, damaged or altered products.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Products requested after the exchange period.
  • Items restricted due to hygiene reasons.

How to request exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. Share product images and issue details.
  3. Our team will review your request.
  4. If approved, we will guide you about the next steps.
